The Norton Internet Security Service failed to start

I installed Norton Internet Security 2011 over the older 2010.  I checked my event log and noticed that every time I log in, I get an error:  Event 7000 - The Norton Internet Security service failed to start due to the following error:  The system cannot find the path specified.

 

I checked Services and saw two listings for Norton Internet Security.  On one, under Status, the column was empty, but said Automatic.  The version was 16.0.0.125.  The other one. under Status, it said Started, then Automatic.  This version was 18.1.0.37.

 

It looks like some older version is still there?  What needs to be done to get rid of the older version?
