The Quality of Norton Tech support and Customer service

Yet another terrible experience with Norton. I switched to Earthlink and got Norton 360. Literally the worst mistake I’ve made. a total of 15 calls to tech support since I’ve had my service installed last monday. First, it was trying to get the software to recognize my subscription; now, it’s about my VPN not working right. I gave the techie a comprehensive decription of my problem, fully discribed it. His start statement was… “so, is your VPN misbehaving?” I about flipped. every call going to India. They may understand the words, but I just don’t feel they are comprehending the concepts. I literally tell them the problem over and over, and they will still ask me the same question and now get it. Their type of tech support is to uninstall and reinstall the software about 6 times, expecting a different result. I am so done with this. Stick a fork in me and call me a potato because I’m done.
