The Trojan.Gen, Trojan.Gen.2, Trojan.zeroaccess.B problem

I'm like a lot of people on this board with the problem of the Trojan.Gen, Trojan.Gen.2,  and Trojan.zeroaccess.B.  I get the alerts from my Norton 360 saying it blocked and removed them, but I get them constantly.  Please help!  My os is Windows Vista 64-bit on a HP Pavilion.
