I've been infected too. all I have is the Norton antivirus. I got that error message saying my base file engine (or something along those lines) isnt working, it's actually not even listed under the services.msc thing. the norton power eraser detected nothing.  I have a little asus 1018P with windows starter 32 bit. I saw that another person on here has pretty much the same exact situation but the expert Quads says I must not use the information given to that user or risk screwing up my xmas gift

flash drive is in my hand! please help me Quads :smileysad:
