"This account is not monitored"

I see that I now have the latest client for NSM on my son's PC as of 8/6/09. But when I right click or hover it tells me "This account is not monitored"

How can that be? Is that not the whole point to monitor??

Was working fine previously, just checking it now as he is coming home from csamp soon/

Thanks for reporting this issue.  Did you log into your son’s PC using his Windows user account?  I haven’t been able to reproduce this issue but will keep eye on it.  If your son’s account is indeed not being monitored, please read the link to put his account back on being monitored.
