This is getting ridiculous!

After all sorts of problems getting the software to work on various devices I had a spell yesterday where, miraculously, it all worked.

I have installed, uninstalled, restarted and re-installed more times than I am happy with.

However I am now losing patience. Symantec is supposed to be a major player in this market and on paper Online Family is a great product.

That said I HAVE NEVER USED SOFTWARE THAT IS SO UNRELIABLE!!!

Is there really anybody at Norton that understands how important Family Safety is to us parents?

 

Right now I am in the perfect storm that:

 - I cannot log in to the web portal

 - Android app keeps crashing

 - iOS app is telling me I have the wrong username or password.

 

Sort this out Norton!
