My Norton website says my PC is at RISK but the app shows no sign of it.

But my question is why false alarm showing up even though my PC is secured.
The common issue with what you are seeing is backend Norton services not properly synching to accounts. Its not a new issue but an ongoing one that appears from time to time.

This same issue has happened to me off and on for many months.
Why Norton retains this instead of just removing it is my question. If it is erroneous and not being fixed it should be eliminated as it causes confusion and wastes user time.
