This has been asked before, but when I quickly checked I didn’t find an answer that clears this up. So, on Windows 11, Norton creates .WAL - files on C: directory. Those are 0 bytes long. What are they? Is it safe to delete them? Why it generates them? I have not noticed it before, so is it a bug…
