Microsoft must own part or all of Norton. Norton created a new line that “ALLOW” the application to have full access.

TOTALLY DEFEATS THE PURPOSE OF HAVING A FIREWALL - WHEN BLOCK ITEMS ARE WHITELISTED BY NORTON!
