The issue in question is that norton is picking up a threat and that it cant do anything with it. the reason is that the threat is apparently on another oc on the network which is understandable except that im not connected to the network anymore. heres a screenshot to try show what i mean if you have a look at the location of the file where the threat is supposedly found.
