I have Norton 360 ver.20.2.1.22 with the latest updates.
When I go to tasks and click on quick scan, it does not work.
I went to the online help and was told to download the removal and reinstall tool.
Tried that, never installed icon on desktop, tried running from bar at bottom of the screen, nothing.
Tried downloading removal tool, same results.
I am operating windows 8 on a new computer. I have an identical second computer and it is working fine.
What am I doing wrong?
