Hi,
Yesterday I wanted to do an automatic Java update but unfortunately I got an error message saying that the installation process cannot be continued with the current internet connection settings. On the internet I read that this can have something to do with the firewall. Then, today, I wanted to update Thunderbird (also via the automatic update option) but also got an error ("Failed: Unknown reason"). I also checked the Norton history but there are no entries regarding this.
Is this a problem with a recent Norton Update or something else? The only thing that I installed recently was Microsoft Office 2013 (also yesterday).
I am using Win 7 (64 bit) and Norton Internet Security 2014.
