Time Limit Disable Trick

If I start a computer with Norton Family while it is NOT connected to the internet and submit incorrect login/pwd to extend the Time Limit it prompts that the admin will receive notification of the action.. but allows the time to be extended.  I then connect to the internet and have unlimited time.  No email is sent to the admin, and nothing shows up in the Activity log when you log on the Family Online site This would seem to be a GAPING hole in the program.  Please advise.
