The time limit feature is a joke. I have it set to lock out all 3 of my kids when their time limit is up. The program lets them keep logging in, and they can go on as long as they want. I'm back to square one.
Yes I have the program set to automatically lock them out. They get a 15 minute warning, a 1 minute warning, then it asks if they need more time. Of course they say yes. Then they get to log back in for a minute. This goes on and on, and they can effectively play minecraft as long as they want. Completely defeats the purpose.
Stop worrying about the poor kid not being able to save their homework. They get the 15 minute warning, and a one minute warning. If they don't respect the warning, too bad. Let them lose their work. Maybe they will learn to follow the rules.

My son has also figured out the workaround. I don't agree with Norton's current solution. How will the student loose any work if the system simply locks them out. Also after three reminders, they deserve to lose there work.
At this point I will have to lookk for another product which actually works. This feature as currently implemented is useless.
