Time limit for Android Phones

I’m trying to configure Time limits for my kid and I have set up the time limit to 0.5 and even 0.0 hours in order to see how it works on my kid’s phone.

It does nothing. He can still use all the apps as if the phone was not over the limit.

I do notice that my Windows PC configuration has a “Supervision level - High (Block)” option, while the Android phone has no such option.

I was expecting that the phone would be blocked after the 30 minutes have been used up.

No e-mail has been received regarding the time-limit, either.

Any ideas?

EDIT: I just checked and the time limit function does not block his PC either. Set time to 0.0, he can still use all the PC without missing a beat.

From our backend, we could observe that, recently notifications for time block is sent for Android and Windows devices.

Kindly ensure time supervision settings are always turned on. Kindly follow this help link for the same.

To ensure Norton Family App is running in background always in Android phone, please exclude Norton Family app from battery optimisation settings. Kindly check this help link for more details based on the manufacturer.
