I have just had a very long chat session that took a very long time to get a basic question answered. After the amount of time it took to get an answer, I'm not sold on the response I got.
Please tell me if the timer that counts against the total usage hours per day adheres to the following guidelines (this is for a WIndows 10 PC with the child user as a non-admin account):
Computer logged in by child user: timer RUNNING
Computer locked by child user: timer NOT running
Computer logged out by child user: timer NOT running
Computer not being actively used by child user but NOT locked and NOT logged out: timer RUNNING
So for example:
my son has a 4 hour daily restriction, and he logs in at 9am, and locks the PC at 11am.
The computer is still turned on, and still connected to the internet, but no on uses it until:
he unlocks the PC at 5pm.
Will he still get the 2 hours that should be left on his daily allowance at that point?
Final request:
Is there anyway that there could be an enhancement to "pause" the timer if there is no active computer usage after X minutes?
