Time supervision and 'online' status has stopped working on my daughter's phone

Issue abstract: My daughter managed to get access to the app through my device, since then time supervision has stopped working , also the ‘online’ status does not show on my phone. I have been through the app a stupid amount of times - all the correct options are turned on- ie, time supervision, restricted time set to 2hrs. I need help before I throw the sodding phone out of the window! thanks

From our backend analysis, we see the time house rules is set to allow for all hours. Kindly follow the below steps to adjust the time blocked hours.

From the houserules screen,

  • Tap on Time house rules and select the device
  • To set blocked hours, tap “Manage Time schedule”, tap on a day, and then tap the time frame during which the child cannot use the device.

The green blocks represent the timings that are allowed, and the grey blocks represent the timings that are blocked.
