Time supervision is not stopping

Hi

I have activated the Time supervision feature. For some reason it keeps monitoring time even when the computer is shut down. So currently my daughter according to Time supervision has spent 18 and 21 hours browsing the Internet. 

 

How can I get this feature to work.

 

The "Count only the amount of time x actively uses the computer" is already activated.

I assume you see the "18 and 21  hours browsing the internet" at Time Activity, right? 

 

Do you see the internet activity lasting for 18 and 21 hours at Web Activity?
