My child is complaining that the app is blocking her Android phone always before her allowed timeframe. This goes from some minutes sometimes to more than an hour on others. She shows me Samsung time usage app as a proof. Why is this happening? Is there a workaround?

Also, we observe that some permissions for the Norton Family app are missing in the child’s device.

My kids have the same problem, my oldest wakes up in the morning and her time is already spent. Looks like an app is active and consume all the time she has. So she wakes up and request time extention.
