My internet provider suspended my account be they noticed an alogrithm coming from my IP address representing a Timnba trojan.
I have scanned with malwarebytes, NPE and Norton Business Edition and only have found trojan.gen.2 and trojan.gen.3 and some other viruses but nothing indicating a timba virus.
Are they the same? My internet provider says if they detect it from my ip again, they will suspend me for a week. I have 10 computers at home and have scanned them all and honestly tired (been doing it all night) and not sure what to do next since I didn't find the tinba trojan.
HELP...please
