Tired of the nagging emails to renew

I have a valid and renewed subscription, which the screen grab clearly shows:

Capture 3.JPGClicking on the "Unsubscribe" link loads a completely blank page. I have loaded it in IE 11 and Firefox, both browsers show an empty page.
