Are you referring to network printer sharing? Look at your settings, if you are using the IP address vice the host name in the mapping you can see this occur.

Being hacked is not a good thing. Why did you delete Norton 360? I’m not understanding the flow of things with your issue about Office being tampered with other than you removed your Norton product.
