Hello, I've been a Norton user for a couple of years now and I've always been confused by the item count during a full system scan.
It is my current understanding that the items do not match the number of files.
However, I would like to know if there is some way to measure the number of items in a full scan before I actually start scanning. It's not a large issue, but it would help give me an idea about how much time a full scan would take and how much time is remaining after I've started the scan.
