Tracking Cookies in Quarantine?

I have a lot of Tracking Cookies in Quarantine* and I would like to delete / remove the Tracking Cookies.

 

My question is: How do you delete / remove the files in Quarantine?

 

* - To go Quarantine, click Settings > Virus & Spyware Protection > Quarantine (tab)

Note: I'm using Norton 360 Version 2.5.0.5 with an Add-on Pack Version 2.1.0.55.

In Norton 360, you cannot delete files from Quarantine. Actually thats a good suggestion for version 3.0.
