Trados and Norton: deleting temp files makes me restart

I use Trados (a Computer Aided Translation tool).

On every single project, I cannot save the end result because temporary files get deleted.

While no work is lost, I need to create a new project every time I want to save the output. It is annoying at best.

 

The error message says a file could not be found (in the temp folder). Disabling Norton makes the issue disappear.

 

I have seen and tried this solution:

From the main page of N 360, select Settings > Tasks Scheduling > Automatic Tasks > Uncheck Windows Temp Files

But either all the time or at some point in my attempts, I had already disabled it.

 

If I cannot find a solution, I will have to stop using Norton on work computers.
