I recently renewed my AntiVirus only to have my PC die a few weeks later. I want to transfer my subscription to the PC I am using now. I followed the support site instructions, downloaded the product but after download my Product Key, which I retrieved from my Account was not accepted. I guess this is because I am only allowed one install but have read other posts here that say Norton will allow you to transfer. So I currently have the 15 day trial. I tried to get support via Chat but for some reason when Chat window launches it can't find the server/Internet connection (?). Thoughts anyone? Thanks all.
