Transfer New Subscription

I have 15 PC's using Norton 360 from my subscription purchased last year. The PC's are in different locations. I just purchased a new 20 user subscription to Norton 360 and want to transfer the new license key to all my PC's without having to visit each PC. I have done this before but do not see a way to do this now?

Thanks for the suggestion. I am trying that now.

You can contact Norton Support and ask them to add the time from your new subscription to the older subscription. That way there is no change to the product key and all devices activated with that key should just continue to work until the new expiry date.

www.norton.com/contactcs   If using the chat function, as soon as you can enter any information, enter "agent please". That will get you out of the chat bot and connected to a human.

Sorry it didn't work, I still have about six weeks before I need to renew my subscription for my PCs and laptops with a newly bought product key.  I was assuming my suggestion would work, back to the drawing board.

Well I thought it was a great idea. I tried doing that but the only option given is remove existing license. And if you do that the PC is removed from the list. There used to be more information on the my subscription page. So now I am back to having to visit each machine.

That is a great idea on how to do this.

Thanks for your response

I asked a similar sort of question on the forum about a month ago and didn't get an authorative response as I will be going through the same process of renewing my subscription using a product key in the next couple of weeks.

I've come to the conclusion that if

"Go to Product Window and lauch "My Norton"

Click on My Account and from the drop down wondow select Subscription Status and once it has communicated with Nortion select "Enter a Key"

this will then avoid the need to go to each of your devices to install the new key.

This is my take on your question unless someone comes up with a more definitive answe.
