I have a dead pc so I can not remove NIS from that pc. When I tried to download NIS to this laptop, I got a message that I have exceeded the number of installs. I tried Norton chat amd phone support, but could not get passed the continue button. My laptop is at risk. I deleted AV Elite befre trying to download NIS. I just renewed my subscription for NIS last month for use in three units. Will someone please help me because Norton support can not or will not help. Thanks.
