Transferring Norton 360 to a new computer

I bought an automatic renewal via the web in Aug 2010 for Norton 360 version 4.3.0.5 and now have a new Win7 PC. I want to transfer the SW and license from old to new. How do I do this? I don't have a disk because I downloaded the software.
