I have downloaded the 30 day free trial of Norton Security Deluxe and have decided to purchase it. The Device screen in my account says I have 14 days of my trial left and a button saying "renew". This is slightly ambiguous because "renew" to me implies I already have a paid subscription, which I don't.
When I click "renew" it takes me to a page inviting me to purchase. My question therefore is this: If I click the renew button and make a purchase, will I be buying an extension to the product I supposedly own or (as I hope) it is simply a single full purchase and it will be a full one-year subscription?
