I tried to use my trial term ofthis subscription and after pay my annual payment but you are charged me from first day. It’s not fair. How to setup trial term first?

Where did you purchase your subscription? Directly from Norton or from the App Store for your device?

The 14 day trial starts from the date you install the app. You need to enter your payment information at that time, but will not be charged until the 14 days is over. Unless you cancel the subscription before the 14 days are over. But don’t wait until the 14 day to make sure there is time to find the cancellation information before you get charged.

I upload from appstore and they charged me right away. I didn’t get 14 free days now. Who can help me with it?

Are you sure they charged you? As I noted, you do have to give your payment information at the time of install. But that payment method should not actually be charged until after the 14 day trial. Check with your bank/credit card company to see if you have been charged.

If you do not want to continue using the product, you have to request the cancellation directly from the app store before the 14 days is finished to avoid being charged.
