Trial version installed when I have a full version already - trial expired and turns off Norton

I have Norton Internet Security on automatic renewal. Current subscription runs until Feb 2014.

 

Recently a trial version of Norton was downloaded. That has expired and wants a product key to reactivate Norton, despite that fact that I already have a full version. The product key from my full version does not work on this.I thought that the programme was sensible enough to see I have a valid subscription.

 

How do I get rid of the trial and get my protection back? Thanks

Managed to get it fixed with a Norton representative over Chat. Some reason product key thought it had been used up.
