I have had Ghost 10.0 installed and running backups for years. Today it says my trial version has expired.
I get the message:
Error EC8F1C25: Your trial version of Norton Ghost has expired. To continue system protection please visit our web site.
I have tried to run the program activation, I click the Activate button and it has to connect to the server, but it hangs and never responds.

Hi, Do you still have a copy of your key?
Also, anything else not behaving itself like it usually does?

Yes I still have the key and the disc. I put the disc in to reinstall, started the setup program and Ghost suddenly started running an incremental backup, no key asked for and no more message that trial copy had expired. I don't know why that should have fixed something, but it did.
