I uninstalled Safety Minder in an attempt to re-install the latest version. During uninstall, the program froze at "100% done" and I had to shut down my computer to close out the uninstaller.
Restarted the computer, and there is no longer a Safety Minder icon, and I received a warning email that my daughters computer had the safety minder uninstalled. Sounds OK so far, right - but...NO! It's not.
I then tried installing the latest safety minder program, and the installer first says "you have requested that a program be uninstalled" and then it compiles error logs. When its done, it states "an error has occured" and it will not install the new safety minder. What is going on here?
