Hi, first time poster, long-time pc noob. Norton recently detected a trogen.gen on my new computer and after a full system scan it is "resolved". It ended up being from a patch that I had downloaded. Anyhow, is it really removed or do I need to do extra steps? Surely it is not that easy to get rid of a virus...
