Ok, so all in a nutshell, I have both the Trojan.Gen.2 + Trojan.Zeroaccess. in my recycle bin somewhere. Norton is refusing to delete these files and it keeps popping up roughly every 10 minutes.
They are both located c:\$recycle.bin\S-1-5-21 ... etc. However my main problem is this.
When I click on 'folder options' and untick 'hide protected operating..' it comes up with the $recycle.bin folder, but there is nothing in it other than the recycle bin itself? Is there any way of me viewing the 'S-1-5-21...' folder inside here? I can't seem to find it anywhere and obviously the Trojan's have hidden themselves in there somewhere.
Help is definitely needed! My computer doesn't seem to be any slower, it's just really irritating because it keeps blocking the Trojan!
Thanks, Steve.

Can't see the images for some stupid reason! Will Norton just automatically fix this later? Or is there something I should do in the meantime?
Cheers, Steve
