Trojan.gen Activity, and possible slowdown?

Hi. This past week, I've been getting a popup from Norton Antivirus 360 saying this. First thing I did, obviously, was have Norton run a complete scan. Roughly an hour later (I have roughly 500 gb of stuff on my hdd, so that's why it took so long), the scan completed. It said it found 5 things, all labeled simply "VIRUS". Had Norton remove them. A minute or so after that, got the same popup. I made a thread on tomshardware.com asking for help. I did what they suggested, but all to no avail. I did some things suggested by bleepingcomputer.com (numerous trusted trojan removers from the site), still nothing. Downloaded and ran Malwarebytes. It found 19 things, all seemingly relevant to the issue. Had it remove them, rebooted, still had the popup. I am nearly at my wits end with this, and have decided to contact the pros for help. AKA You guys. Now, this wouldn't be such a big problem, as Notron *seems* to be blocking whatever it is doing, but I noticed this week that it has been happening, my system has been slower than usual, and i have had a major FPS drop in games (usually around 200+ in most games, now down to about 50, and even 20 in some more intense games. I've already checked everything else:drivers and such, but thats not it) and I am 73% positive that this is causing it.

My pc is this rig, that I built myself.

So, does anyone know how to fix this issue? Preferably WITHOUT having to do a system wipe, refresh, or anything that formats or removes what I have installed. I will do that if need be, but I would prefer not to have to.
