Trojan.Gen detected with Symantec Endpoint protection

Symantec Endpoint keeps detecting Trojan.Gen virus over and over in the quarantine but it can not remove it. I leaned from a few similar threads (answered by Quads) that one needs to run a personalized solution in order to remove successfully.

Quads, could you help? Our system is WIN 7, 64-bit, with a flash drive.

Thanks.
