hi hope someone can help please,i have norton 360 one 2009 and when i go to scan its not scanning at all then when i turn on laptop i get a norton message saying " autorotect detected security risk trojan horse" but i cant scan to find and remove it,so i after reading on the internet i downloaded AVG and this found the trojan horse but said it was hidden ande could’nt be removed i really dont know what else to do, laptop keeps crashing not responding wont shutdown also i got a message saying my version of windows vista wasn’t genuine but this has since gone.please if anyone can help i would much appreciate it thank you
