'Trojan!link' virus or Malware

Somehow my computer has been infected with a "Trojan!link" virus. I have used Norton Power Eraser, which did not find it, and a combo of IExplore, Norton Power Eraser, and HitmanPro, but am unable to get it out. Norton did not stop this from getting into the computer. Any suggestions.    Windows 10, Norton Security Deluxe, Malwarebytes Anti Malware
