I get errors that I believe are caused by previously installed as a Trojan probably related to VPN.
When I use AirVPN I almost immediately get blacklisted for email issues: Dynamic DNS for email and lack of rDNS. I have used AirVPN for years and never had an issue so it is something I did. I also get errors: "This network is blocked due to unaddressed abuse complaints about malicious behavior. This page checks to see if it’s really human sending the requests and not a robot coming from this network" See attached.
I also get form information changed before I can edit it which stops me getting insight from the blacklister. Note that I get only a couple of blacklist entries, The rDNS and Dynamic DNS.
Another computer running AirVPN on the same network has no problems. I must have agreed with something somewhere.
Norton says my system is clean but it obviously isn't. I have also run the NPE, but it didn't ask for a restart - is that normal or did I do something wrong?. I have done a root check with other software.
I doubt that an OS reset leaving my data and only the basic OS will work as I don't think the "Trojan" is an executable and will be left as data that will trigger it.
I read a lot of traffic on this subject outside Norton but no slutions.
Thanks for getting back. Your email seemed to initially get delayed. I have never used WireGuard. AirVPN has always worked well for me. Here I have one computer that gets its Server output IP immediately meet criteria to be blacklisted for EMail issues whereas the other can run indefinitely with no issues.
The situation is consistent. The black listing is for EMail lacking rDNS and using dynamic IP for email. I see other symptoms, e.g. the blacklistable (It may not get blacklisted as it generally affects only one or two blacklists). But I get blocked for too many requests, for google searches (see image), changing form fields and others.
Thank you for getting back, however I'm not sure of your point. The misuse of 104.254.90.243 is probably originating in my computer (so much for VPN privacy). If I change the server output then within a very short time the server identified on the first computer will start being reported as blacklisted for EMail issues - just like you have above. The server used by my second computer has never been blacklisted. I can change the selected serves as often as I want ond one will act normally while the other immediately starts violating EMail requirements, rDNS and Dynamic IP addresses (forbidden for email) I.e. one computer has some sort of Malware and Norton doesn't seem to be able to see it.
FWIW!! Do you torrent with AirVPN? WireGuard may be your issue entirely if you are tunneling to get to sites that aren't safe. Or sites that block VPN connections to protect their content. Repeated attempts to those sites will generate traffic abuse complaints from its ownership. Just a thought. The IP posted also resolved to this:
