Infecton: Trojan.Patcep!sys (services.exe)

 

Attempted Removal: Norton 360: Fix Failed, Instrutected to download NPE., Norton Power Eraser: Failed Instructed to run NBRT., Malware Bytes: Found two infections, states infections are removed, never removed., Norton Bootable Recovery Tool Power Eraser: Nothing Found, Norton Bootable Recovery Tool Advanced: Repair Failed, Instructs to install Norton Product

 

Upon reboot I recivece the following error now in Norton Autofix, 5013, 3, Product Service Dependency Failed, websites redirect every so often.

 

Am attempting to fix a friends computer, I am at a loss as to what to do next, attached is an FRST log.

Attached are additional logs if needed from DDS, and Malware Bytes, MB detected "PUM.Hujack.StartMenu" and "Trojan.Dropper.BCMiner" that Norton did not see, but it did not see the Patchep!sys that Norton did.

Ran ComboFix, I ran it from the Downloads folder as Admin, I didnt realize to run i from the Desktop, it did not appear to cause an issue however, Computer is running normal and here is the log from that.

I never told you to run any of those programs at all   you just dived in like bulls at a gate.
