Yesterday I clicked a story headline, I don’t think it was an ad because I don’t usually click those, but that wouldn’t have made any difference. I was so surprised what happened that I do not remember what I clicked. Up popped a number of windows stating something like it was trojan.SLocker. Nothing clicked to close it so I restarted my computer using Ctrl-Alt-Delete. I scanned with Malwarebytes (free) and a full scan with Norton Anti Virus Plus. Neither scan found anything. I searched to find out what trojan.SLocker was. I used the site Tech Radar. I saw there were dates for this trojan dating back to September. So I want to know WHY! your product did not STOP or detect this trojan? This site also listed the best firewalls. Maybe Norton has a different name for this trojan, but that shouldn't have made any difference. It didn't catch it.
I will not be renewing any of your products.

Thank you Norton Fighter. This is the information I found yesterday and followed. Except I did not use HitmanPro because I had never heard of that one before. I did use it today and there were no issues, exactly. It found programs installed by HP that they include with their computer that I did not remove. There were a couple found with AdwCleaner yesterday that I removed. Thank you again for your reply.
