Trojan Virus - No Solution

I have a virus problem and couldnt find any solution.  My web browser keep poping up ads websites (check below), I ran Norton Antivirus (Version 6.4.1.14), downloaded and ran Norton Power Eraser, Ran Norton Bootable CD (No virus found), followed the instruction in https://support.norton.com/sp/es/es/norton-core/current/solutions/kb20100816010815EN_EndUserProfile_es_mx?ct=es&entsrc=direct_pubweb&lg=es, But No solution found.  Need advice on how to eliminate Pop Up Viruses.  Thank you.

Download OTL from this link : http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/otl/  and   Save to your computer  Desktop

 

Disable Norton / Symantec for say 30mins 

 

Start OTL by double clicking on the OTL Icon on your desktop.,  (In Windows Vista and 7 right click on the file and select  "Rin as Administrator")

Click the Scan All Users checkbox.

Change file age to 30 days

 

Press the 

 

 

An OTL.txt  and extras.txt will be created. To attach back in a post

What proofs, certificates, credentials can you offer to the users here that you have the necessary knowledge and skills to remove infections from their systems without doing any harm? Without any proof of ability I'm unwilling to recommend that any user follow your advice.

Hi,
Glad to hear that you were able to solve your problem. Keep close watch on your system for a week or two to be sure it is clean. Some infections leave 'eggs' behind that take a while to hatch. If you do discover a return problem go to one of the malware removal sites first. They can guide you safely through the cleanup. Currently there are no volunteers in this community doing malware removal here.
