I’ve acquired a really nasty little bug (actually a threesome…) on my PC and I hope you will be able to help me. As far as I know, Norton's Internet Security Suite Auto-Protect is apparently the only thing keeping me going right now. The bugs are as follows:
1. Trojan.zeoraccess.b
2. Trojan.zeroaccess.c
3. Trojan.Gen.2
I’m running the Windows Vista 64 bit Home edition.
The actions I’ve taken so far are as follows:
I've ran a complete NAV system scan, CCCleaner—free version, Malware-Bytes—free version, and Norton Power Eraser with multiple reboots, each multiple times, all from safe mode with the system restore disabled--all to no avail. Upon restart, I'm still getting the NAV notifications that NAV is still blocking these three events. My anti-virus event log for yesterday was several pages long and is growing this am... According to my event log I received them at around 5 pm CST on 14 Aug 2012.
Any assistance you can provide eradicating these will be greatly appreciated.
V/R,
Ltfinney
