After manually removing the windows system file Consrv.dll i am able to boot into windows normally again, but i regularly(every 10-15 minutes) get pop up norton notifcations saying that Trojan.Zeroaccess.B has been removed. The consrv.dll file is gone as far as i can tell, any help on figuring this out would be greatly apopreciated. (Running windows 7 64bit)
pleaase help
There is a reason why consrv.dll is not to me manually deleted or Norton is not to delete it, you have done to your system what you are not meant to do.
