trojanmailframe!html virus and can't access Internet

Doesn't look like my first post actually posted...

Yesterday I noticed I could only access two websites on my Mac desktop (google, wikipedia). Everything else seemed blocked. (The error I get is nytimes.com "refused connection" etc.) My laptop is working fine on the same network. I discovered I had the trojanmailframe!html virus and the repair failed but I think I was able to delete it manually. In the past 7 days, I've had 111,000 connections blocked by norton and 5 vulnerability attacks blocked. (Although this morning when I checked the vulnerabilities blocked had curiously gone down to 4). A message says, "Outgoing connections blocked by Suspicious Activity")

How can I get my internet working again?
