The problem that I have about all of this, is that I CALLED NORTON SUPPORT........I wanted them to help me with this issue of the trojans, however, the guy at Norton treated me like I was an ignorant fool. He literally refused to help, after taking control of my computer, I watched him, never once did he open norton's history to see what was going on. He blamed me for not cleaning my computer out regularly, which is not true, then blamed me for having other software on my computer that conflicted with Norton software, which is not true.....he placed a 123 file on the desktop, did nothing with it, then said it was my problem....then proceeded to talk over me, and tell me that he hopes my computer crashes......how do you call that support?
