Trouble logging into Norton 360 on iPhone

Issue abstract:I am unable to log into Norton 360 on iPhone I get verification code press ok to verify and nothing happens.

Now I have been locked out so I can’t log into for 24 hours

I waited and finally logged on. Morton’s was working then it stopped tried to log on but server not responding message it said try again and I did.

The main thing all is ok now thanks for the helpful advice
