Trouble with Norton on a Multi User Device

I am setting up our new table (LG Pad 7).  It has 2 users accounts - mine (admin full access), my daughter's (limited access).  I did this to be able to set up Norton Family so the parental controls are only on my account.  I was able to download and sign-in to Norton Mobile on my user account.  I downloaded on my daughter's account (each user account on the tablet has separate app downloads) and it won't open for me to sign in.  It keeps saying that Norton Mobile has stopped.  I tried having it on just her account (deleting it on mine) but it gives me the same error.  It gave me no problems at all on my user account.  Do I need to have it running under both user accounts or will it protect us even if it is only her account that is signed in?  The tablet will be used by her.
